We have a pretty tall doorbell. And even our floor button on the elevator is high up.
Maxi and Mitri making the last rounds delivering packages to the hard to reach apartments.
OK, my season ticket package arrived last Friday but I wasn't able to get to my office to check it out until today. And also, I do realize that a few of you did indeed post flag photos. However, seeing as how we got that miniature replica banner thing the captains trade at the coin toss I just figured the flags would be maybe 11 x 17 or something.

I got a call from my rep yesterday. She had no real agenda, and was just checking in. My best guess is they're trying to get a pre-count of how many people are coming/staying home on Sunday. Anyone else get a similar call?
its gonna suck weather wise, they cannot expect many people to go.
Not today, but I received a couple calls last month from my rep, just checking in basically. I didn't renew, so I dont know if he was just calling non-renewals trying to drum up some extra sales, or going through his entire list.
I never got calls out of the blue in the past unless they were trying to sell premium seats, so maybe they are attempting to be more proactive and outgoing under new leadership.
Each of the last two offseasons I've gotten calls from them -- I'm not a season-ticket holder and they were wondering if I'd be interested. I couldn't do it, but was interested that they were making those calls.
It's totally confusing. According to the NYCFC app I have $24 in tokens. Which I more or less have no idea what to do with. Also, is that in total for the year? Is it per match? Dunno.
So now I want to check out the upgrades for this weekend's match against DC United. So I tap Premium Seating, and then Delta, and it tells me it's $88 per seat (I have two seats). There's an option to return my current seats for $84 credit. So I guess I can sit in Delta for $92 for two seats? But then there's some small print that says "This Upgrade does not provide access to the venue. You'll still need a normal ticket for that." WTF? First of all that's terribly worded and badly capitalized, but secondly it makes no sense. I can return my existing seats but then I can't get into the stadium? Surely that can't be what they mean, but that's basically what it says.
And oh yeah, don't forget about the $24 in tokens. Which may or may not be usable for any of this.
OK now I have a headache from trying to figure this out.
The tokens are credit towards any purchase. That’s all you get for the year. You can use them dollar for dollar for any swap or upgrade.
I was told by ticket office that the average person swapped tickets 4 times last season so they gave you credit worth the gap between founders prices and the member price for 4 swaps.
The upgrades are indeed only upgrades. You still need to get in the door. I wonder if you could trade in your tickets, buy the cheapest thing you can find on stubhub and use the upgrade?
You can't tell me I can trade in my tickets for these new ones and then turn around and tell me I can't get into the stadium with those new tickets. That's just crazy.
Well, there are multiple Pitchside ticket holders that won't get their shipments until Thursday. Quite terrible from the front office.
There’s something wrong right now — the upgrades are the same price as the tickets. They are mistakenly listed as upgrades.
Earlier it said upgrades wouldn’t be available until the morning of the game, which makes sense as they are meant to be last-minute when they give up on selling the tickets.
It’s the same system the Knicks use and the last-minute tickets and upgrades are always good deals.

I think Atlanta is doing conjoint analysis a la portland trail blazers..... I learned about the trail blazers doing this to retain fans.. With cheap food prices etc. (learned this in my class tonight)
The staff eats from the food during the game when they get a meal break. But they throw the majority out at the end of the game. They don't allow you to take food. You can actually get fired. Yankees are greedy bastards.
