Fun match to watch. I'm of two minds in this format: keep them all playing so they don't get extra rest, or hope your next opponent won in two so they went home and got a little stale?

As one myself, just wait ...

By the way, is anyone else having trouble with their audio or playback? Mine keeps cutting out. I'm not sure if one of my security features is blocking it or not.
YES!

I was losing my mind after the early match ended, because Apple wouldn't let me switch to LA- Colorado. I kept getting a message that I had to subscribe to watch the match. WTF?

Then when I finally got on I couldn't get any sound. Took me about 20 to get everything to work.

Cool, that explains it. They were glitching out.

In a tutorial on how not to do PKs, Minnesota wins the shootout 3-1.

RSL choking killed my bracket on the west :(

really thought they would advance considering how good of a year they've and home field advantage.

also interesting that this specific section of the bracket is the only place where teams advanced in 2.

I loved watching RSL this year, but I don't know what happened to them towards the end of the summer.

Did the sale of Gomez mess them up that bad? And what happened to Arango? An elimination match and he doesn't see the pitch until there was 20 minutes to go? woof.

i haven't watched RSL play. didn't realize arango hasn't been playing but i'm sure that made all the difference. the guy was clinical all season. perhaps he was injured? wish i had known that when i set up my bracket!

Chicho had three unfortunate things happen back to back to back. 1) he had a 3 game suspension due to violent conduct/hate speech. 2) he did get a lower body knock that kept him off the field. 3) Gomez was his partner. Those two were the attack at RSL. He never really gelled with the new players and you can see that based on how often he scored since leagues cup. Which was not once. His confidence/production since the all star game fell faster than a lead balloon. The team was very fortunate that Luna had a stellar second half of a season and Anderson Julio found his scoring boots. Anyways, I hope Chicho is able to get the monkey off his back this offseason and start playing how he is known to play.

Nice thread on the atmosphere in Atlanta last night, and the benefits that can come from all those plastic fans.
