I did not have trouble entering the code. When did you try to enter it?

I believe on the broadcast they said to enter it before the start of the 2nd half. that may be why you're having trouble

Did it during the first half repeatedly. When it didn't go through I emailed the admin for Cityzens thing explaining it and noting that the first half was still going. I am hoping that this can be entered manually.

Hooray they added the 10 TV points on my account! That said I was told it was a one time thing and due to the fact that I emailed them during the first half when I it was not going in.
