I mean think about this , MLS got Julio Cesear for $150K that is amazing, think about the publciity now, MLS has a player that starts for the Brazil world cup team. FANTASTIC, and the other club is paying his salary win win. We need more of this, not less.

What if you own/support a franchise that does not have the means to own another club which can attract top talent that can then be loaned? For fans of the league in general, this rule sucks. For supporters and owners of other clubs, this makes perfect sense.
i respectfully disagree the stage that this league is in is about improving quality not parity, parity is fun for fans but getting quality players is what will advance and grow the league. It has to be balanced with fiscal responsibility and this is just that, getting top players and keeping debt down. The debt belongs to the parent club
