I feel like this is true every week, but we really need to win this match. Not because I think the Cosmos result matters for anything other than being bounced out of the USOC and a bit disappointed in guys that I thought could step up, but because we just need the points and because I'm tired of being disappointed. Anyhow, here's what I came up with. If Sapong goes, we really need to do a better job against him than we did in the first match. He's a bad matchup for us in terms of being physical and mobile.

Looks right to me. Only potential variant I could see would be McNamara for Lampard and Mendoza on the wing.

That midfield three would have killed it around 2009!
