I can't make it to the match today as I have to be on the Island. There is a possibility I may go to pub partner "your mothers house". Is it any good? Anyone else going?

welcome to Long Island - you can now tell your friends/family in Queens that they're technically part of Long Island - wait for the chaos to ensueSeeing as how I've moved from Queens for the first time in my life, I think it's time I join this conversation.
We are on it but not in it; of it but not from there.welcome to Long Island - you can now tell your friends/family in Queens that they're technically part of Long Island - wait for the chaos to ensue
Technically I've lived on Long Island my entire life. You're technically correct, the best kind of correct. We are on it but not in it; of it but not from there.
Ended up watching at a restaurant named Heart of Portugal. They will show any match you want on any tv you want. They have an outside terrace that they will set up with tv's and plan to show all Copa America and Euro's.place is half wack, they'll have a group of nyc fans, yet show the game on the smallest tv out of the 15 they have on the giant wall.

traffic? usually takes me like 40 min driving-50 min tops. (from 5 towns LI)I would take the train so you can have a couple cocktails. Jump on the LIRR to Penn then the subway to YS. Driving is a pain in the ass because A) you can't drink B) parking... traffic... fuck that.
