Haha. Well, you could use a proxy server to tell their website that you're from Europe, but then you'd still have to have a subscription. Alternatively, you could just find someone streaming the TV channel themselves, which would be easier and cheaper, though slightly less ethical.

Also, bear in mind that it won't be broadcasting in English.
