Cincinnati has had some terrible goalkeeper performances this year. Apart from that they are not as bad as they seem, just as they were not as good as they seemed in 2025.

Compared to last year: G/90 is even, xGF is up about a quarter goal per game, and xGA is down by 1/8 goal per game. All good. But their GA is up by a full goal per game (though mostly concentrated in 4 terrible games). Their backup GK played 2 games, but I don't know if they got tired of Celentano being bad or if he's been hurt. For all that, it would only take flipping one of their losses to a win and they would have the same record as NYCFC. Also their record last year was inflated with an absurd 16 wins by 1 goal margins.

This is our best shot since Orlando to score goals by the bucketful. It will also prove as much (ie not much). But let's hope we do anyway!

Let hope they shoot as much as last game but actually put most of them on target this time.

If anyone needs a ticket I unfortunately won't be able to make it to this match, alas. 224 row 19, a little far back but right on the center line.

I'm not well and also have a ticket to share for tonight. Sec 104 Row 3. First level behind the visitor warm-up area.

The ticket is listed for sale. If you contact me I will de-list it and transfer to you, unless it sells first, but it probably won't sell.

Gameday Weather and Transit Report, brought to you by There's Somebody's Kid in My Seat, Oh No!

Weather: Still a bit cold
Temps in the low 50s, feels likes in the upper 40s. Mostly clear, sunset at 7:42pm.

Transit: Normal
Shockingly, nothing to report. So apparently there is an upside to mid-week matches it seems.
