MLS announced their executive awards for the 2015 season.

The club nor its personnel won any awards. I'm shocked we didn't win Club Retailer of the year. 4 players in the top 10 of jersey sales and the highest grossing single day in MLS history.

It is odd that we were beaten out for: Club Retailer of the Year – LA Galaxy. There's no way they sold more merchandise than NYCFC did - none!

And there was me thinking that sports teams were assessed by...you know...playing sports?
