Was there talk they wouldn't be back on YES? I thought the MLS media deals were expiring after 2021 or something.
Speculation was started because the fox affiliates were being sold and yes was owned by fox and sold to amazon. Not sure if any local deal has to be made separately and if nycfc is included in that.

A network getting sold doesn't change that network's properties. YES still has the Yankees, Nets, and NYCFC. Their ownership is a different deal than their broadcast rights.
Probably a different material for whatever reason. But yes, they don't match.
Is it the same issue with last season’s primary jersey having two completely different blue tones stitched together, front/back? God that was a production Fck up.....
