I would expect CFG to send another "The-City-Way" guy from the ranks at Manchester, to be honest. I doubt they would hire a complete outsider again. I also don't think Vieira would fill out a staff at a place like Arsenal with American coaches from MLS, no matter how much he enjoyed working with them while here. Maybe one or two, but I'm not too worried about continuity given we are part of a larger organization.
I'd prefer Bradley to Vieira honestly, although PV is growing on me.If patrick leaves Id hope we can snag bob bradley.

Yep. With Bradley we'd have to spend another 2-3 years revamping the type of players we have. After Vieira, the team needs to keep continuity and bring in a manager with the same tactical ideology.Bradley and Vieira have drastically different tactical styles, I believe. Bradley likes to counter attack and doesn't high press. I think the transition would be rough and I don't think Bradley fits in the CFG umbrella.
I'd rather get an Argentinian in the mold of Tata Martino in Atlanta or Jorge Sampaoli in Sevilla.
Guillermo Barros Schelotto? Managed Lanus and now Boca Juniors. Played for Columbus Crew for a few years from 2007-11. Plays a 4-3-3.
Agree with this. I think he is one of those guys who tries to play to his players' strengths.I think Bradley is much more flexible tactically than you guys give him credit for.

GBS is a great suggestion but no way he leaves from managing Boca to managing NYCFC. That is a step down - GBS's next step is most likely Europe if he does a good job. Boca is a genuine super club - one of the biggest 5 clubs in Latin America.
In case anyone wants to read the latest on Vieira to Arsenal rumors. Another player tipped him to be Arsenal bound.
