With most of the teams having already made their splash signings which player do y’all think will make the most impact?

Im going with Haaland. I get that City scored the most goals and they don’t have a problem in that department. Reason being how many times did we hear about City and their lack of a #9? Every single game where they haven’t scored by the 10th minute. They have him now and it’s one of the brightest young stars on the planet.
I do think Sterling makes an impact as well.
Not sure about Nevez. Haven’t watched him play.

I'd think Haaland is a bigger upgrade over Jesus than Nunez is over Mane? But we shall see. I think as a team Tottenham have arguably had the best transfer window . I won't be surprised if they leapfrog Chelsea and give City and Liverpool the closet thing to a fight.
