I just got an email with a link to sign the final enrollment documents, just like the email I got a couple of months ago, when I already did this. It says I'll get the email to pick an enrollment gift after I sign and return, just like that email I got a couple of months ago.

Anybody else get this presumed mistake?

Midas Mulligan - check your email NOW !!!

I got it, it had my new seat location, so I signed and wasn't prompted to choose a gift again like the last time.

If you moved seats, or added seats, you got another form to sign because it's a new contract.

Ok there is a reason.
Of course it would help if they wrote new copy for the damn email. It is literally word for word to the original email I got in September, with no indication that they are asking me to sign a second time because of seat relocation, nor do they take out the redundant gift language. I had already email my ticket rep before the helpful responses here. I'll wait until I hear from him to sign, just because I think it is owrthwhilegiving feedback on this. It's an extremely minor annoyance, but one that should have been handled in advance.

I just got this email from them (Friday evening around 7:15pm):

Dear City Member,

According to our records, you relocated your seats for the 2016 season. Because of this change, we will need for you to complete a new DocuSign enrollment agreement that reflects your new location (and possibly price category).

If you have not already, you will be receiving the updated agreement by Monday – Please complete ASAP.

If you have any questions, please email FanServices@nycfc.com.

Thank you,

So presumably they've gotten enough calls and emails that they're starting to warn people in advance.

Yeah. This makes it sensible.

Finally. Damn. Signed. Can't wait to get my Ogio. Walking around the apartment all morning singing "O-gio, o, o".

That's right. I make up songs and sing them aloud. Quite the catalog I have going at this point. What's it to you?
Sometimes rubbernecking a car wreck is entertaining....

I got the same email so I asked Doug.

I don't mind re-signing something because, as someone mentioned, it has my new seats on it, but i'm in no rush to dish out my credit card details in case they try to put another charge on there. Hopefully Doug can provide some clarity.
