It contradicts the information MLS put out in September which is from Concacaf’s own regulations. I’m assuming this will be retracted

i mean its followed by the actual concacaf account ....but i dont think its right....it goes against what MLS says ....unless MLS decies to be MLS and change rules all of a sudden.
Looking at the 2018 CCL Schedule, it goes as follows...
Round of 16 February 20–22, 2018 February 27 – March 1, 2018
Quarter-finals March 6–8, 2018 March 13–15, 2018
Semi-finals April 3–5, 2018 April 10–12, 2018
Finals April 17–19, 2018 April 24–26, 2018
All of these dates are between Tuesday and Thursday.
MLB season starts at the end of March/early April, so we'd be okay playing Round 16 and QF at Yankee Stadium, if we're allowed.
Semifinals and Finals would be tight and MLB/Yankees/MLS would have to plan schedules interestingly. But it's good for planning purposes we know we qualify now than in November 2018 so MLB can effectively map something out with Yankee Stadium or Citi Field.

I agree. This looks like a mistake. I think it is an official account, but they made an error. So far MLS and NYCFC have not announced anything.

Yes, I am under the impression that it's the 2017 and 2018 seasons. But who knows with corrupt CONCACAF?

I think he’s using 2018 schedule as a baseline as to what to expect.
But this has to be a mistake.
This is why the extra TAM is so massive. You can have TAM players coming off the bench. This is about competing with Liga MX.
