It's onerous enough to get these projects through the byzantine, NIMBY-riddled approvals process. .. just to find at the end that the project now costs triple what you budgeted for.

I think the Housing and Land Use Chair for Queens CB7 probably was too aggressive in saying that he expected ULURP certification to occur on 10/2. He noted it several times and nobody from the development team disagreed with him, though they also didn't confidently say that it was happening.

This was not a vote against it, or anything negative from that standpoint, just merely, it's not happening yet.

With the recent filings that have occurred, I see no reason why it won't happen on 10/16.

There's also several people in Haaland kits and a group of blue Manchester United fans taking a scarf photo where Man Utd is clearly visible in front of the supporters entrance.



The stadium looks a little bit like a mall from these photos.
