Funny enough - I spoke with someone last weekend who works with the city in tandem with Sterling and Related and he mentioned there will likely be new renderings, still picture and video (some sort of a sweeping drone type of a shot going into one entrance of the proposed design) released tomorrow. Will be interesting..

The City Council review is the next step in ULURP after CPC's review.

So it's interesting that they already had on their agenda for tomorrow's meeting to begin review of Willets Point Phase 2, when CPC hadn't technically approved it on their end. Unless they had already submitted their approval and then went through the motions of approving it in the meeting.
