We're looking at 10 acres. This is half the size.
I know, it was brought up sometime last year and debunked on the spot . How cool it would have been as far as the outward appearance -- Imagine walking into that to play a game of soccer.
I'm still all in on the 207th Street train yard. It's 40 acres that are ripe for redevelopment. Close to subway lines, Metro North, Deegan, Henry Hudson Hudson / GWB.
And there was talk a few years back about redeveloping the site.
I remember seeing this picture from this site, and said awesome!
Maybe if they expanded up or did something like a Hearst Tower would have been amazing. Oh well. At least there will be hockey.
