Great part about an NYCFC stadium? Extra revenue from always being able book events for late November and December.
Not for nothing, with this inevitable crash-out two years in a row, this will HAVE to put even more pressure on the FO to actually announce plans sooner than later. STH are ALREADY going to dwindle next year, now we look like trash again in the play-offs, there won't be much to get people excited about next season. They announce some big, new shiny home before the end of the calendar year? We need it, otherwise watch these attendance numbers drop even more.
I’m very anti-Trump, but this is awesome. I know it may not help our stadium situation, but cities have been ripped off by these billionaires to build new stadiums, with little economic benefit going to the city.

I'm in the a lot better camp. I prefer Bronx over Queens.
I actually liked the atmosphere of citi field better (from the thirdrail general admission section). The sound echoes through the roof and view was so much better than yankee stadium. Just my opinion... the section just needed to be organized better since it can be very packed.
Everything you said can be designed and created regardless of the location. Well, location is important. Throw Red Bull Arena and it's roof in the five boroughs of New York like we've been doing for the past 10,000+ posts and you'll get that atmosphere.
