I wouldn’t be worried about Dr Blasio anymore. It appears he isn’t part of this negotiation
Were all the meetings scheduled when he was out of town for campaign events? Will they continued to be scheduled when he’s out of town on campaign events?

Who is effectively running the city? And doing the city’s part of the negotiations?

He wasn’t mentioned at all
I wonder if that gives us any insight into the community board notes, then. Is it so far along that its been given a go-ahead from the Mayor, only to now be discussed on a local level; or would it have to be passed and approved on a local level and then brought before the Mayor? I'm sure there are typical examples of both sides through history.

I still fail to see how that means that he’s out of the picture in regards to this. Perhaps he has already “signed off” on it, but taking meeting notes that mention a city council person and a community board district manager as gospel that BdB is no longer involved is quite a stretch.

No mention of the Mayor’s office or any other decision makers? Seems odd to me

Suggesting that nothing has been “finalized” is a worthless statement. WP still being in play is the only interesting piece if there is any truth to that.

that was always the USL push for it

That tweet was useless - AFAIK, nobody ever said anything had been finalized at either Bronx site, so this is just Araos’ attempt to stay relevant with info that doesn’t pose anything new.

The question Araos doesn’t pose is why would an update be asked for in the first place if there wasn’t reciprocal interest or a desire to move the needle? I have zero inside info, so I’m not trying to pump earlier reports, but If Araos really did talk to somebody connected to the CB, he failed miserably in asking the follow-up to understand the context/need for the update - CB meetings are long and boring, so they don’t add agenda items for zero reason.

I really have no idea how he is allowed to write, professionally or for pleasure. His family should have an intervention.
