Also how do they expect to fit a stadium in that blue trapezoid thingy?
Get me RB arena.
I’m watching the video now, it’s over an hour long. I’m not sure if I’m going to understand much of it, LOLIs this diagram including all the land that we're expecting the team to buy up?
I watched it live and the sound quality is tough at different points. Hard to take much out of it but there are concerns from the community. I think they felt burned after new YS. Promises to the community that were made were never delivered. They don't want to make that mistake again.
And cfg should give them everything they want within reason. Definitely no part ownership of the stadium. If they want schools, housing, park space.. give it to them.
The point is that they can’t. It’s not accessible currently, as a practical matter. Part of the discussion is around creating neighborhood access in connection with the stadium development.People use the waterfront there?
Isn’t the waterfront cut off by the highway?People use the waterfront there?
