Ah, I misinterpreted your post - mea culpa. (To be fair, I think the gif is universal tho)
GAL would still have a public component as the highway road would need to be diverted.

If this is some type of insider knowledge or something, you are the worst, lol.
What good do cryptic messages do? Is your info or source so sensitive that you need to somehow maintain a hint of plausible deniability? If it's that sensitive, maybe you shouldn't post. If it's not really *that* sensitive, just say what you mean.
I'm not too keyed into that field so i'm unfamiliar with them. Do they have any history with stadiums/arenas?
