Unpopular Opinion: I want the Red Bulls to Win MLS Cup this year

There’s virtually no coverage about them when they are deep in the playoffs. Them winning MLS title would not make a difference. If anything it will only bring attention to the fact that they are named after a goddamn energy drink. You think that will help MLS popularity and legitimacy among caual US sports fans?

Can we get some rule about needing let’s say 100 posts before you can start a thread? Or the site doesn’t work that way? Trolls are much less bothersome with a random comment tban if they can start opening threads like this left and right.

I’d have to create a new group for new users and set limits on there. If it’s as easy as it sounds I’ll do it tonight. 10 posts wouldn’t be a stretch.
