They are definitely best in MLS and up there for best in the world with their TIFOs. That's incredible
When you only have one sports (okay but the Trail Blazers aren't playing now) and a plethora of fans who are passionate and would die by their club (and a organization and stadium that supports that passion) you can do this. Yankee Stadium couldn't accommodate such a TIFO. Portland truly is soccer city in America.
