I define it as having the best Like to Post ratio for anyone having at least 780 posts.
I'm the highest on the most likes page of anyone with under 1000 posts, I'll take it.
1.67 likes per post. Pretty impressive ratio given my self-inflicted handicapping, ie, getting blind drunk and making posts that look like

I like to think of my content as a by the pound lunch bar - a little something for everyone, and if you fill up your plastic box with lettuce and garbanzo beans instead of the good stuff, it's your own damn fault.
Of course, I avoid those lunch bars, as they are just generally pretty disgusting, so that analogy works, too.
