This confirms all of my previous experiences with the club's employees: the local NYCFC staff seem to get it and seem to really care about the fans.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with the Fan Support folks. Seriously helpful people.

Their hands are tied with this stuff, and I can't blame them.
