Our coach doesnt want us to win. I will never suport him. I want our team to win and make the playoffs in spite of Kreis and his efforts at sabotage. Then he should be replaced asap. Thats not an option on this poll.

Also since you clearly didnt understand what I meant when I said this poll is a false dichotomy Ill explain.

It presents the situation as having 2 mutually exclusive options. (which isnt the case) Either we make the Playoffs and keep Kreis or dont make them and lose Kreis..... This poll is meant to be divisive (which you love because you love starting conflict on the forum's for your own amusement...aka troll) The real option should be making the playoff's (in spite of Kreis or in some very lucky set of circumstances, which is really our only path forward now that Kreis threw the season away) and then removing Kreis because we want to think of our future rather than Kreis's ego.

Go ahead and post another picture of Kreis though. All your really good for.
 
I just want a competent coach. Not a boring man who cannot motivate his team and makes stupid decisions. Decisions like leaving our most promising young player (Poku) on the bench at the start of a game against a top table team in the conference.

What the hell does it take to make Kreis see that Poku should ALWAYS be starting important games. Not an injured old man who doesn't want to really be here (Lampard)

Im sick of this emotionless manager and his poor tactical decision making.

Whats the point of making the playoffs, getting raped in the first round, and then having a bad coach for another season? If Kreis stay through next year, I imagine another bad season and him getting fired towards the end, the same way Montreal just sacked their manager before his 2nd season was done.

Id rather rebuild with a highly motivational coach whos also a skillful tactician. Kreis is neither of those. His tactical decisions for the players, his lack of motivation, and his lineups have clearly lost us games. Either he's making the poor decision in many games this season not to start Poku. Or Kreis is putting our poorer players in midfield. Or he's making stupid subs and costing us games against rivals (did this against both RBNY and the Cosmos). The sub decisions in those games had CLEAR DIRECT impact on us losing those games.

And Kreis had a hand in scouting and selecting players as well. He's just been poor. Find a different manager/coach NOW.

Foreign managers generally do very poorly here. I'd rather stick with an American or someone who has at least played in MLS. Roberto Donadoni wold be an example.

Weird. I wonder why that is. I can't think of any high profile examples of failures, but I know next to nothing about MLS history. Can't help but wonder if there's still an opportunity for a big name to come over and do for us what, say, Wenger did for Arsenal. The book Soccernomics (which is well worth a read to anyone interested in the Moneyball side of the game) has a whole chapter on the importance of exposing a league to new managerial and tactical styles from overseas.

Where the fuck is Preki?

If the poll said we get a guaranteed dump of all RSL players and FF to go along with Kreis, it would be too tempting.

Maybe that's implied. Fuck. I don't know. I don't think any of us here has any idea what the plan is any given game, or what the plan is for roster building and what our "team philosophy" is. We've played almost 30 fucking games. We aren't unanimously so dumb that we're all missing the obvious. It's the fact that there is no plan identifiable.
