After reading your first post, I was literally going to post something very similar to this.
How about:
- Recently released Nemec somehow manages to make his way onto the field and tackles David Villa who has a great scoring chance
Drogba's been good but they've been playing a lot of games these last few weeks because they missed so many games with CCL and I think it's getting to Drogba.
Their other weapon, Piatti, has been out I believe. Hopefully he stays out.
It would take a catastrophic collapse at this point but hey, ya never know.

Piatti was expected back yesterday until a late story where the coach said he needed one more practice to be game ready.

Facey gets injured in the 25th minute and the only defensive sub left is Lord Kwame, who promptly submarine tackles Davies in the box (at the edge, trailing away from goal, on a play that is in no way a legit scoring chance) for a PK, which proves to be the only goal as NY loses 1-0.
This has become such a depressing thread. So many bad memories being relived.
I look at it more as you have to laugh to keep from crying.
