Seems very contradictory to what Steve experienced.

I dont see how we would be required to use all ticket money before we can use merch and food money. That seems pretty sketchy and I don't believe it. Rep either said some incorrect things or the guy misunderstood.
Right. It doesn’t make sense. What are they going to do. Hold back the benefits until the end of the year and they confirm we aren’t rolling anything?

Although there is some ambiguity, this may provide some relief that funds won't be on perpetual roll-over if a STH wants to get out.

Q: Can I get a refund for the 2021 season?

Our process will be that at the end of the 2021 season, if Members have leftover (unused) money on account, that total will be automatically rolled over and applied to the 2022 season. At that point in the year, Members may instead choose to opt out of the 2022 season Membership and receive a refund for any unused funds on your account.

that is basically all any one can ask for. bravo to the club for allowing full refunds if desired.

EDIT:
wish he had answered a question about the promised benefits... still hoping to hear more info about that.

"We have proven to be the most consistent squad in MLS – we have the most aggregate points in MLS over the last five years and, more recently, over just the past two seasons, LAFC is 1st with 104 points and we are 2nd with 103. We have both experienced players and exciting young talents, and the opportunity to further enhance the team which we will do in a smart and sustainable way."

Saying it again! We're great during the regular season but no trophies!

What will season tickets look like 2022 if we still play games at Red Bull Arena when capacity is back to 100%. I don't want my money going to that.

yea its going to be an issue. he left it wide open for anything February (CCL- should we qualify) and October games to be in RBA.

I would hope that they allow STH to make stadium specific decisions even when things get back to normal and you can get refunds or not pay for the RBA games. That's wishful thinking but it's such a different commitment to attend games in Harrison and they shouldn't expect that everyone has the interest or the means to make that trip. The rival aspect doesn't bother me at all - but that's a factor to some as well.

I like that they finally addressed a lot of the issues. Reactionary, yes, but at least it's something. They also answered a lot of the sporting-side questions. Hope the interview with david lee will be good!

So attendance at home games capped at 20% capacity , are they going to base that on all levels of YS or just the 2 we normally use?

I am glad this was released. So without the stadium in four plus or minus years, there will be no USL team for the academy players join in the next four plus years either. I know it won’t happen but this team needs to buy a USL team or enter an agreement with an USL and actually use it so the academy kids have a place to play If they are not ready for the senior team.

so the MLS “reserve” league was supposed to start in 2020 but the pandemic but a delay on that, ive read that it was rumored to be pushed for 2022 and were going to apply for division 3 status similar to usl 1. On the other hand There was also rumors that by doing this the USL was going to kick out all the MLS B/2 teams so its all up in the air
