Don't love the wristband idea. Only because if I'm brining a guest, I'll need to be sure I get the wristband back and hopefully don't lose any.
You could also not lend them the wristband if you don’t want to. Seems like a convenience thing and not a mandatory thing.

I put my tickets into Apple Wallet which uses the “tap and go” entry. Upon trying to scan my ticket, the stadium employee told me “you have to go to the ticket office to download the Ticketmaster app with the barcode” while another person (her supervisor?) started arguing with her and ended up grabbing her mobile device and holding it against my ticket to scan it.

nice employee training RBA...

so my question earlier was about the apple wallet and the tap and go (i think i didnt say it clearly). If i have 4 tickets in my apple wallet for the game do they all scan in at the same time with the tap and go? if not how do i know which ticket got scanned?

No, you scan them one at a time, flipping from one to the next. It’s the same as the old system, just a different transmission method

i see i was under the impression that the tap and go would scan your tickets even if your phone was still locked just by putting it up to their device. I have yet to see it in action so im sorry if i sound dumb.

i still use that tin box though, i put old basketball cards/ and my old PS vita and the like in there, that thing is durable...lol

I tossed all my old basketball cards when I saw that my once $20 card was worth a mere 50 cents now. Wasn't worth the precious storage space.
