Dude, Mullins is not that good, trust me, he doesn't bring anything special to the table, not fast, dribbling/possession as a hold up striker/forward is lacking. He hasn't shown much this year, to be fair, no one has up top except for Villa. Why? Because our midfield sucks. They can't connect the play, they can't lead pass, they can't make intelligent runs, and they fold under pressure.
He brings smart play, particularly intelligent runs. He's not extremely skillful on the ball for sure, but his movement is top class.

I won't argue it because it's inarguable. I know what I see. You know what you see. If you haven't paid attention to him off the ball when we play at home, then I would politely ask that you do. Afterwards, let me know if you truly still believe he's not worthy of commendation.

Question for the Kreis nut-suckers:

If we don't make the playoffs - do you believe Kreis should be retained?

And remember this - Pirlo will be 37 next season and Lampard will be 38. That's not on him
But that's the mindset of CFG. He's been mandated to win immediately.

Pelligrini is only there because Pep can't join until July of 2016. Already agreed to terms. So you are wrong about CFG. Ask Ancellotti how patient they are...

Stop with the expansion draft bullshit. Could have had Marky Delgado. Picked Dunn.

Signed Nemec. Signed Mendoza. Traded for Kwame. Picked Grabavoy first. Fucked uo the expansion coin flip.

Why can't you admit he's, at most, an average manager? Why the hard on for him? B
Hindsight is always 20/20... Not many were saying "pick Delgado"

Actually yes, MOST were. Delgado or Kennedy was the mantra here. Some discussed Nigel Reo-Coker but not with that salary.

Delgado is homegrown and was a big player for them.

Kreis picked a backup and later cut him.

Mullins is useful. Movement is good, not top class. Definitely has a role on a good team. He's also young. He is not a future star though.

May I ask you to clarify? When you say not available, are you asking us to not include anyone who is currently employed?

if this team hinged on Delgado, we got FAR bigger issues. I've also never been impressed by him, and I know some people who love Dunn, it's all a crapshoot.

I don't think Arena or Bradley are going anywhere. Arena has no reason to leave, and Bradley is coaching his dream of being in Europe. If you point out a coach currently in a bad situation, that is logical,

Top class for what? Not comparing him to Suarez, man. He opens space for our team that disappears when he's off the field. That's damn important, and useful to any club in MLS. And you know, our club happens to play in MLS.

You used the term top class first, I don't think his movement is top class in MLS, but certainly middle class

This team lacks tactical awareness and intensity. Mike Petke of all people brings the latter. Klopas brings the former. Jay Heaps brings the latter.

Is that what you are asking? Why do you assume Bradkey and Arena aren't leaving? Arena is from Long Island. I actually think that's more doable than Bradley (from NJ) who wants to be the first EPL manager who is also Ameridan.

And then there's this - for all the talk of brining in Eurooean Stars, someone will hire a medium to big name European coach. Andres Villa Boas. Fabio Capello. Jurgen Klopp. David Moyes. Carlo Ancelotti.

If Mullins becomes anything more then an avg MLS vet that stays in the league for 8-10 years, like a grabavoy etc. I will be SHOCKED. Keep in mind that is a great career, stable career, but Mullins is not a player you build a team around, far from it. He can be a nice role player on a good team but like I said nothing special.

Fair answer.

Question for Kreis-haters: who Do you bring in to win now? (Arena and Bradley are not available in this scenario)

1) Sir Alex Ferguson: No matter how many zeros are in the check, he would do such a thing to Man United supporters, even if we're just a sister club of Man City. But he's available and he's the best option.
2) Tony DiCicco: Sure he was the head coach of the women's national team, but he brought together the best players to win it all. Sounds familiar? And it would be more fun and exciting to watch that Kreis who gives the worst press conferences ever.
3) Alexi Lalas: We'd be the best team in the league at set pieces, set pieces, set pieces. It's time for him to get into the coaching ring.
4) Ian Paul Joy: He'd be as good of a coach as Alexi but he knows the team more, maybe he has the answers.
5) Patrick Vieira: Man City EDS coach, now I'm just drawing out of thin air. But he was on an NYCFC video talking about Angelino and Facey so there's a chance.
6) Manuel Pellegrini: Maybe if he can't do it for mother bear, he can do it for the cub.
7) Someone from the NCAA: Because they do it all the time in other American sport leagues.

Yep. I used it because I think it is top class for MLS. He and Davies movement cause as much or more problems than any other non-DP forwards. I'm going to credit the man.

He should lose his job and left without water in the desert just for playing Wingert and Granavoy about 10 games too many.

OMG. Really???????? I can't tell if this list is for real or a half hearted attempt at a joke.
