Adidas: uh-DEE-diz vs. AH-dee-dahz. Fight!
Not in America it's not. You get a pair of Cons, or a pair of Pumas. Those are both plural but also sort of not. Same with with uh-DEE-duz. That's just how you say it.
Who cares? The guy who invented the GIF doesn't know how to pronounce it right ....
He knows how to pronounce GIF correctly, 100%. If not, what about giraffes, or George's, or Geronimo? Giuseppe? Generally speaking, I side with the inventor of GIF, who pronounces it like JIF peanut butter. (Which is also delicious but not on point. Speaking of, can we start a peanut butter thread?)
Or like my wife, Gillian, who either gets her name spelled wrong or pronounced like "Gilligan."
Regarding PB, crunchy vs. creamy... discuss.

Dr. Gilligan Gator rolls off the tongue a lot smoother (which is sooo much better than chunky) than Dr. Gillian Gator.
I made a separate forum to fight you on, in regard to Peanut Butter.
And one of the problems is that her last name includes a hard "G" like "Gator", so she has both versions in her name.
