I love how bold everyone is now complaining to the club on Twitter. Do we think they have any idea how poorly their best customers perceive them?
I will add that I asked my rep when the ticket trade in program opens. He said about the same time as the Membership Packages ship.
They are. Being 28, I'm not exactly "young" but I do have one I wear over my shoulder. They're fine to have/wear, just don't wear it around your waist.

I just realized I redeemed cityzen points for an nycfc Jersey, I think this is what I got, not the STH package.
Was just going to ask that as well. Unless you've ordered another of the same thing as me, I'd say it's that. Mine is expected to arrive March 1st.
I know we can search using "Track by Reference" with the reference number as your six digit account number. But what ship date do you see?

Also, look at department number.
I'm using my fedex.com account with package tracking/info via desktop.
Pretty much same for me, except I used the app and it doesn't include the Department Number (which is where you see NYCFC). But it has the same shipping and arrival dates.

I use the trade-in program a few times last year, but I'm not sure if I'll be much help to you on this as I only have one ticket and the new changes regarding the multiple tiers.

I was told it will open around the time the season ticket packages ship, so soon.
With the new variable pricing, it won’t be a straight one-for-one trade. You will have to take into account the assigned value of each game. I am okay with the concept, but in practice it will be tricky. This is because the values don’t divide evenly into each other. Say you are trading out of a $30 game into a $40 game and have 3 tickets. You have $90 in value, which gets you only 2 tickets in the other game. Also, there are $10 left over. Not sure what happens to the $10. My guess is that it’s probably lost as tracking the remainders seems too complicated.
I am fairly sure you can trade only a portion of your seats.
I looked at my invoice for the first time in 5 years. They’re charging me differently for each game. So there’s the tiering in action.
