2019 Season Ticket Thread

I know we can search using "Track by Reference" with the reference number as your six digit account number. But what ship date do you see?
Use today’s date. Hasn’t shipped yet - label was created and hasn’t left the Van Buren, AR facility. Probably still collecting $1 nick knacks to include.

Anyone out there have a good understanding on how the ticket trade in and upgrade will work?

I can’t make the the LAFC match and I’d like to upgrade my seats for the June 6th match.

Also, can you trade in just 1 seat or do you have to trade in all your seats?

I use the trade-in program a few times last year, but I'm not sure if I'll be much help to you on this as I only have one ticket and the new changes regarding the multiple tiers.

I have educated guesses.

I was told it will open around the time the season ticket packages ship, so soon.

With the new variable pricing, it won’t be a straight one-for-one trade. You will have to take into account the assigned value of each game. I am okay with the concept, but in practice it will be tricky. This is because the values don’t divide evenly into each other. Say you are trading out of a $30 game into a $40 game and have 3 tickets. You have $90 in value, which gets you only 2 tickets in the other game. Also, there are $10 left over. Not sure what happens to the $10. My guess is that it’s probably lost as tracking the remainders seems too complicated.

I am fairly sure you can trade only a portion of your seats.

I looked at my invoice for the first time in 5 years. They’re charging me differently for each game. So there’s the tiering in action.

Thank you for the good response
