2026 Season Ticket Thread

The ludicrous price increase this year doesn't seem anywhere near justifiable based on the roster construction this offseason.
Unless you count the Lampard betrayal incident, I've never complained to my rep about sporting side issues. It's not their area of responsibility and there is no point. But if we enter the season without replacements for at least Haak and Martinez that will change. There's still no point to it. But starting 3 of 4 seasons with obviously incomplete rosters is inexcusable, especially with all the G/Tam we're sitting on.
This team is like a obsessed petty lunatic who acquires and hoards credit card travel points but never gets on a plane or stays in a hotel.
 
My ticket rep is gently pushing me to sign up for SMS/Text updates from the club so I never miss out on urgent info. I feel pretty well connected between club emails and here. I don't really need more distractions telling me things I find out elsewhere.
But if anyone has found it invaluable please convince me otherwise.

That seems like a lot of communication from the club which doesn’t fit their M.O. Do they realize that means they have to give out info when they do that?

Honestly, I don’t find it helpful. I signed up for all of it and I think maybe once they announced a delay on it. Otherwise it’s served no purpose except for the Spam texts about partnerships or surveys.

Given the error rate in their communications having multiple sources for cross checking could be helpful.

Going back to September 11th of last year. I've had exactly five texts from them. Two have been in the last week. One for for presale tickets for the LA game in May and one for the announcement of Sky Scraper. I've also received emails for the same information.
 
Can confirm that you can only exchange tickets for the same number of tickets. My CF ticket location is awful so I would just return them and trade them in, and use the credit to buy other seats for the same game, usually a ticket or two less.

I couldn’t exchange 3 seats for 2, would have to exchange all 3 and pay an upcharge for where I would actually want to sit at CF.

Considering that I have zero say on where my seats are in CF (and I’ve had to do this for many years now) - putting this restriction really is a downgrade,

Yo, I called and complained about my spot at Citi. I was upstairs in the 300s. A friend was in 124, and my rep moved me down to where he was, one row in front.

No idea on the gift or if there even is one this year, but the per-match pricing is in the email sent 12/4/25 (“2026 Schedule & Ticketing Details”).

I was just thinking about this earlier today - in the past there have been times/places to pick up the package and even events (edge, ice skating). The season opener is Saturday and nothing about this year’s gift and/or pickup.

I mean we all know it’s going to be a crappy scarf but I at least like the schedule magnet.

They had an event at 5i (Five Iron) this past weekend for Seasoned Supporters. I’m not sure they had a spot to pick up anything or if there was anything to pick up since I wasn’t able to attend.

Yeah I just went back in my email and found this (obviously I didn't attend either). Nothing there in the email about picking up membership packages.

Just asked my ticket rep. He said that information about it will be sent out this month and it will be shipped this year.
 
Yeah, they could have been better with communication but you'll get an email where you'll choose what gifts you want and it will be shipped to you.
