Call From Fan Services

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the game and they are just going down the list of season ticket holders and calling everyone - I received a call last week.
Ditto. Mine was two weeks ago. I asked about Lampard and the stadium, got the usual "oh, they don't tell us anything."

Then a follow up email reviewing Cityzens benefits.
 
I am reminded that I haven't received my Enrollment Gifts yet. I've just been assuming that I'm at the bottom of the list, but I will send her an e-mail to check.
 
Just got off the phone with Emily myself! When she asked "How is the season so far" and I mentioned last Saturday she told me that "that wasn't the first time she heard that".................:rolleyes: I could literally feel her eyes rolling over the phone! Poor girl! I told her that we obviously weren't upset with her or her group. She got a laugh out of that. Overall I think that these calls were already going to happen but the timing with the NJRB fiasco made it more problematic on their end.
 
I missed the call...but got a voicemail from my rep. Wanted to know how everything's going, if I'm happy, if I'm taking advantage of all they offer, etc.

Anyone else get a call?

Wondering if this was predetermined or is some sort of damage control for getting embarrassed Saturday.
As others mentioned, I'm sure these calls are pre-determined. As a non-STH I get them frequently myself. All extremely nice people to chat with for a few moments.

Seems like the buzz word of the week is "SCRIPT" and I would imagine this is exactly what was going on. Calls were going to be made past week regardless of this past weekend's outcome.
