City Member Single Ticket Presale

STH's should have received an email for presale access to single match tickets. Singles will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, February 4th. I already purchased extras for RB & LA.

I wasn't a STH during preseason last year, did they do this the same way?

Can anyone confirm whether delivery through ticketmaster instead of through the account manager means these tickets won't be eligible for the ticket exchange?

As a guy who purchases single tickets on a game by game basis, I thank you for the heads up.

As a side note (and somewhat unrelated), I'm glad the New York State Attorney General's office is investigating the likes of Ticketmaster (and others) for their thieving ways.

It kind of sucks that the only option to buy these on TM is the "Find Seats for Me" one. Every time I try it picks tickets on the far side of the stadium from my season tickets, :(

usually when they open these up, the map doesn't work initially. it should be working in a few hours so maybe hold off

One thing I found kind of exciting is that the seating map now shows a bunch of the 300-400 sections! Even for less marquee matches. Can't buy them right now, but that leads me to believe that they will often be opening those up!

That's probably to do with the the announcement that YS is increasing the "official" soccer capacity to 30,000.

bought two more tix to redbulls in sec 107 for shits and giggles.

I emailed about the seat map and rep said they are working with TicketMaster to get the interactive map up and running later this week.
yeah i didn't get an interactive map, just took best available.

I imagine once this is opened to the non-STH all the inventory will be gone, at least to hot ticket games (RBNY, OFC), so the interactive map will just tell you that all that's left is nosebleed seats.

I wonder why the pre-sale is not through the regular NYCFC account manager (which is hosted/run by Ticketmaster) instead of the regular ticketmaster site

The interactive map still isn't operating yet.

Looks like somebody fouled up somewhere and FWIW, Ticketmaster says the problem lies at NYCFC's end.

oy

It would have been nice to have them link to my account. right now they are just under my ticketmaster account to be printed.

Interactive map is up.

And there are zero tickets available in any of the ADA sections. Talked to a real nice guy in the NYCFC customer services dept this morning and for whatever reason, the team hasn't made these tickets available yet. To be blunt about it, somebody dropped the ball big time (which is a polite way of saying some fucktard fucked up royally).

At this time I would like to publicly thank Doug over in the NYCFC office for helping me get tickets for the opener vs Toronto! There's a problem with Ticketmaster (they haven't any idea as to why), but he helped me score tickets for the 13th! Thank you again. :D heh, even dispensed with the usual Ticketmaster fees.

We're in the building! Section 206, Row 20w, Seats 8 & 9. CAN. NOT. WAIT.

Glad it worked out for you! There are never any fees when you order by phone. I say this not to correct you but to alert others to the possibility of saving money by ordering this way. :-)
