Yeah. That's clearly fucked up on an astronomical level. Though I think a group that has been systematically disenfranchised, persecuted and attacked by authority figures for generations and still face a public, a large percentage of whom say reverse racism is a bigger problem than racism, might disagree with your choice of the word "engineered."
