My guess would be NYC/LAG and the NYC/NJ after the rbwedding.

Here's what I turned up:

California Clasico: LA Galaxy v. SJ Quakes (6/25)
Split broadcast: either Toronto FC v. RBNJ or LA Galaxy v. Sporting KC, depending on region/NFL schedule (9/18)

Atlanta, Minnesota, and LAFC all look like home runs for the league.

That said, it might be wise to tune the season schedule so as not to have MLS playoffs during the World Series.
