Forum trip to New England away game

I don't want to be a downer, but there's a reason groups of away fans are usually isolated and unfortunately that's the away fan safety. One or two people in NYCFC colors won't cause an issue (ANECDOTE: I sat 4th row midfield last year with some Revs friends across the aisle from TMac's dad) but a group of 20+ in the middle might. Nothing to do with the group's behavior. I just picture someone from Fan Services coming up and moving you all to the Away SG section before some beer-muscled Wahlburgers employee starts a scene or worse.

The third rail, CT is planning on sponsoring a tailgate at this match, so I think I will be heading up early to be a part of that. If someone is interested in carpooling, get in touch with me, but I don't think it makes sense to do something separate from them, when they are already heading up there.
