That's during the SKC match on 9/6, Wednesday
Transportation is available from Penn Station to Hartford. Please be advised that you will need alternate transportation between Hartford Station and Pratt & Whitney Stadium (approximately 4 miles).

I was just thinking about what would have been an awesome idea. I know we always say never NJ but Rutgers is playing Nebraska that weekend. Give free tickets to students at a party school with 1 dollar beers and your guaranteed to have a rocking atmosphere. Also they're actually a FUCKING TRAIN THERE. CFG hire me.
Yankee Stadium is 5 minutes closer than Talent Energy.Rutgers is pretty far too, but better than Hartford I guess.
But aren't they in Unuion territory?
This was my first thought when I saw this. Maybe they're testing the waters for a future NYCII team. I know this won't be of any consolation to you lot but we could see a Hartford City FC USL team in the future. The only silver lining I can see is that we are not playing this game at RBA and Hartford is an interesting location for a NYCFC II team. I have a four day weekend, so this is an interesting ponder for me if the wife/baby allow it.
So in a city where the vast majority use public transportation, they move the game but only give a public transportation option that drops you off four miles from the stadium? Did they also provide a link to the Uber app too?Fuckers. Relocate 100+ miles and still can't even bother to set up a fucking shuttle from the train station. My Austin Aztex (2015), brief and embarrasing shitshow that they were, still never stooped this low. Fuck fuck fuck this outright contempt
Be nice to have the right information from the club though Rox, as has been a constant complaint from the start. They have such ill-will with the fanbase from their secrecy that we don't believe them.
There are 10 stadiums/venues closer then this one. Why weren't they selected? What was the conversation with the Yankees - do we even have a seat or is what they say goes.
PS - nice to finally meet you in person last game, I grabbed ya a beer at the dugout.
Why was MetLife not considered? Too expensive?
Not on campus though. So apparently this is the UCONN stadium. My idea to get college kids drunk for cheap still stands.
Bus them in for free with drinks on the bus. Problem solved. We might get caught up in some controversy for purposely getting people drunk but fuck it.Not on campus though.
