Is there no way the 3-3-4 will be used to give #whitepoku or #pokupokupoku a chance?

I've mentioned this before and I'm just going to reiterate. I think you slot Poku in that spot you have for Mullins. Have him play as a false nine right behind Villa and run as much as he wants in the attacking half of the field playing a quazie midfielder/Forward. And play him until he's gassed then put Mikey in when we have a lead to play as another destroyer with Bravo. This takes away most of Poku's defensive responsibilities. This puts him in a great position to get passes from Pirlo and the battering ram any defense. The only issue with is that our already struggling defense is going to have even more of a strain. So I think the minute we are up by 3 you take out Poku (to a standing ovation for his hat trick) and put in Mikey or even White. In regards to Mullins, I love the guy, he's my favorite player on the team. I want to get his jersey more than any other guy on this team. But I still see him as an impact sub in this system. When Villa is getting trounced and we need new legs out there to work as a work horse Mullins can get a goal. #Poku #WhitePoku

"Seven Reasons Why You Cannot Miss the Match Against Orlando City SC"

"7. Both clubs were expansions teams last year and have now developed a rivalry. Both teams played each other on three separate occasions, resulting in one win, one loss and a draw for NYCFC. All three matches were heated."

Orlando is not a rival. Toronto is more of a rival than Orlando. NYCFC, stop making Garber's rivalry wishes come true. We don't like Orlando. That doesn't make it a rivalry.

The biggest reason you cannot miss this game live at Yankee Stadium is that listening to Unimas English language commentators is living hell.

Need some subway help from the locals..........

My son and I are are coming down from Albany on Amtrak into Penn Station. We will be heading up from Times Sq area so I'll do 7 train and transfer at Grand Central to the 4. No worries there.

But.... on way back I want to end up at 34th Herald Sq as we are catching the 10:45 back up. Is the B or D train the best bet from the 161st station? I can't make out when the B is running at that time of night.... Thanks!!

The D will be your best bet should take about 20ish minutes to get to Herald Square.

Actually their contribution is even. Both with goal and assist in game 1. Yes, Mix had assist in game 2. But TMac drew the PK, which in my opinion should count as an assist. So they are pretty darn even so far. I'd argue a few more dangerous moments in general from Mix and a lot more interplay between TMac and Villa. So take your pick.

How about making the pass that sprung the guy to draw the PK foul? Does that get an assist?

Seriously, this is a good problem to have. Both are playing great.

Not just that, but I think Mix was the one to feed TT on his goal, but because the ball bounced and hit the defender as TT was trying to settle it, it nullified Mix getting an assist.

Oh weather weather, you look so much better.
Bite your tongue - this is the one game when crappy weather could play to our advantage. We want cold & damp conditions to mess with the OC player's heads. So what if Yankee stadium has to recycle 20K little 50ml bottles of whiskey - we'll all stay warm!?!

Yes, and it was quite a deft move to loft it over the defense on one touch.

Cold yes. Not sure how much it helps but it can only be a positive I think. Wet, however, might not help with our new speed. I want surefootedness now.

Said it another thread but:

Allen expects to be back for this game. Iraola is close to a return. Mena is fit, Lampard most likely won't play, Brandt starting running again this week so he's still far from coming back.
I feel like this describes every match.
