FC Seoul. Three Syllables. N Y C Three Syllables. Wouldn't want to it to sound shoe-horned in ther.
In my experience, a correction followed by a smiley face usually means the person is right; so I stand corrected. In the video it sounded like SOUL but I also couldn't hear the slight nuance in the pronunciation. Thanks!Actually FC Seoul is 4 syllables. F C So-uhl is how you pronounce it.
If I wasn't Korean I wouldn't have caught the pronunciation either,
Regardless of the nuances, we should definitely do this chant. It is easy to learn and hopefully the stadium can get on board.

There are hundreds of songs about New York and I definitely think we should use some of them instead of falling into doing 10 of the same old chants that every single other MLS supporters group does. (I guess we can do that anyhow) I'm one of those fans opposed to using Sinatra's "New York, New York" or at least not using it alone since too obvious to me and think we can do better (no disrespect meant to Sinatra).
I love that some of the earlier suggestions were artists like Bouncing Souls & Andrew W.K. It might be a long shot but there is always chance artist wants extra exposure so could lead to some other connections.
I already pushed this song on Facebook but figured I should leave it here as well. I happen to be a big fan of the band (Moe) but I also think lyrics are very fitting as they mention city locations. I would just change last two lines to "New York City is going to win again" or say that after the regular "New York City is coming home again" which also seems fitting.

This English rock band, Elbow, has current single titled "New York Morning." I personally picture this more as a sloppy drunk song maybe just sung at end of night but wanted to at least suggest it to others.

My last New York suggestion but unfortunately there is drug reference so don't think it can be used "Lines of snow and popping corks; money, drugs and old New York"

If we don't use New York song, I think a good song that is catchy and will be sung by lot of people can be used instead. This one seems good in big group but think there are much better options out there.
Even if it doesn't catch on, I absolutely loved these lines. Paints such a perfect picture.
Thought I would also add that some of the harmonies are very reminiscent of Porcupine Tree. I love Porcupine Tree.

It can probably stay the same. When it came on radio today I was just replacing word "True" with "Blue" when it followed Magic. "I call it Magic, call it Blue, call it Magic."
I could also sub "New York" for "Magic" in the early part of song. "I call it New York, call it Blue, call it New York" since word Magic gets dragged out. Also whenever there is line about "next to you" I would sub something about "follow you".
I picture the supporters singing the lyrics and the entire full stadium coming in with the "ooo ooo ooo ooo" parts of song.

I'm starting to think you're a troll account Sunshine United. You've been on this forum for all of a day and have almost exclusively posted about MCFC and Blue Moon while using the most annoying writing style possible (spelling, thiissssss.. lmao, no periods, random capitalization, constant hashtags).
