WAS......... I woke up from that Deluded Reality...... my friends dragged me to most nycfc games of 2016 season and I was hooked... when NYCFC came to be I tought it was another chivas USA so decided to go to the minor league mess a year of that garbage and the experience of 500 people and garbage facilities and i was all but done.....decided to accept invites from my friend who has season tickets at yankee stadium and decided to go with and open mind and NYCFC won me over... I was wrong and every thing I though about what nycfc was going to be was any thing but....
better late than never... looking back I should have waited to see and then picked not base an opinion on red bull or chivas usa examples of teams owned by other teams..
Hi everyone ! I have been out for a while. I never formally introduced myself back in the season opener in 2015 , because when I joined the forum back 3 years ago , I had no idea what I was getting into. Lol , I mean this in a good way. I just mean Technologically speaking, not too much into social media or sites like this one. I barely know how to sign in .
I just signed up , to learn more about "Futbol" and to support our new team :NYCFC and as die hard fan of David Villa. I am a true breed of the Bronx and truly happy, haaaappy that the team was choosing the Bronx as their home. which is so easily close and accessible to me and nonetheless in Yankee Stadium. I truly enjoy the exchange of ideas and agree and disagreeing with some of you. I have no regrets. Its been lots of fun communicating with strangers some of which have become my friends . lets toast for a great 2017 season and to win the MLS Championship. Cheers !!!!

Thanks - Great to be back in the groove. Are you going to be in Delta? I wanted to be in Batter's Eye, too bad it was not opened. It was a great view . I feel the bigwigs will open it in the future at a higher price.

Hope everyone is doing fantastic, based out of NJ. Born and raised a Chelsea fan and of course my national team the Albanian National team who I dearly love. Followed NYCFC since its start of course fell in love with the club. Could easily bash the red bulls but not worth it since they have multiple football teams and hockey teams all with the same name lol. I hope to be proactive and conserve with all you guys and gals here. Hoping for a great season, but selfishly I hope to make friends on here who are as crazy about the sport as I am. Thanks to anyone who made the choice to read this and can't wait for the game tomorrow! Best wishes to everyone on here!

There are some great Albanian (descended) players in the game right now. If you could only get the likes of Granit Xhaka and Xherdan Shaqiri to play for you (obviously that ship has sailed, but for any others coming through) you could have a golden era, but at the moment most of them seem to be opting to play for other countries.

Hello everyone, I consistently follow almost everything related to the team on twitter and various websites, yet I've never thought to join up with the forums, although I love this team and I love discussing this team.
That changes today.
I currently write a little bit for Hudson River Blue on SBnation, I have a few pieces up there that may interest some of you, including a perspective piece regarding Sunday's beat down. I sometimes live tweet the broadcasts from upon my perch up in Albany, and I make my best effort to attend a few games a year.
With that said, I'm excited I found this environment for the club and I look forward to discussing the goings on of the club with you all!

Hey everyone another aussie on these forums obviously I follow city down here used to a member with Heart and chill with Yarraside now i'm following City and still having fun with the Melburnians so any questions just ask. Got bored during our off season and had nothing better to do so started following the MLS and decided why not jump on the forums also uni is boring af and them 3 hour lectures are a killer.

Gonna perform a bit of necromancy here. Hey y'all. I am a new NYCFC fan. I am a Chicago transplant (to waaaaaaay upstate). I have been a Chicago Fire fan since the beginning. They will always hold a special place in my heart, but I needed a more local team to follow. My stepson is an NYCFC fan and I started following because of him. Anyways, I can't wait to make it down to a game or too, and look forward to interacting with y'all here. (Arsenal fan also, fyi)
