Thanks, I ended finding it after posting the article. I guess I'm biased but that's the reaction I want the FO to have, not hide and hope it goes away. But then again the FO serves Manchester's interests, not ours.

He's just going where the money is...Fox has broadcasting rights to the World Cup in 2018 and 2022. Even though the MLS is important, it pales in comparison to the viewership and ad dollars of World Cup coverage.
