That could be the basis of a great (& friendly ribbing) chant.I will always think of him fondly as The Player To Be Named Later.
The kid is mature and classy.

I think they all get the same PR coaching from MLS prior to the draft. You are probably right but the draft must have been full of guys like that since I've seen or heard what seems like 10 similar comments - 4 from the Philly guys, alone.
[THANK YOU DON GARBER AND THE OWNER/OPERATORS WHO SELECTED ME TO PLAY FOR THE SINGLE ENTITY MLS AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR NYCFC,INC,LLC. I AM HONORED TO REPRESENT THE LEAGUE AS A PART OF THE COLLABORATIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE ENDEAVOR TO SUPPLY ENTERTAINMENT TO THE FANS OF MLS. I AM HAPPY THE THE DIVISION OF MLS KNOWN AS NYCFC HAS SELECTED ME TO WORK IN THEIR LEAGUE OFFICE IN YANKEE STADIUM, BUT I WILL ALSO BE HAPPY TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DIVISION OF MLS IN ANOTHER CITY IF THE LEAGUE SO DECIDES. GO MLS!!!!!!]I think they all get the same PR coaching from MLS prior to the draft.
Any of those other kids ever make it big?View attachment 3805
Manhattan Soccer Club, first row, first on the right: Jack Harrison.
He's one of our own. And he knows how to win titles in New York.

Green card holders don't count as internationals. As he has been living here for 5 year, although possible, he mostly likely is not here on a student visa.FWIW, the NYCFC official website doesn't list Harrison as an international player either. I think it's safe to assume he qualifies as a domestic for now - it's not like that's something they'll ever have a press release about.
