Jersey Supporters??

I've been a Redskins fan since John Riggins broke the tackle of Don McNeal to win the 1st Super Bowl. I might be wounded and jaded, but still bleed burgundy and gold!

That's sweet. I was not born then...but I've been a fan since Deon Sanders days...but a true diehard fan since the short days of Patrick Ramsey...lol

My sympathies to you. I was young but have memories of watching and winning two super bowls. All I can say is, stick with them! Good or bad, just have to stay loyal.
 
Any recommendations on what bar to go watch the upcoming away game in Northern NJ? I was going to make the trip to Philly with TR but can't anymore, so I hope there is somewhere in NJ that I can watch the game with fans.

I understand the last post in here was a while back, but I'm new to the forum and found this NJ page. I'm originally from Green Twp. (and was in Sparta for a bit). Temporarily located in upstate NY, but aiming to get back to the City / northern NJ area soon.

For the record, I'm not a Red Bulls fan for many reasons, but mostly because they destroyed the metrostars, turned the team into a commercial/brand in every single possible way.

I've been there for dinner once. Ceilings and walls are covered with scarves. Place looks nice, but I've been there early in the morning on the weekend for a game yet.
 
Just out of curiosity ... how many central Jersey supporters are here. I'm in Union county, right over the bridge from SI. Starting to notice a lot more jerseys and stickers on cars for the club . It's fun watching support grow, especially so close to where the cows graze.
