This thread has come full circle lmao
he was having one of his best seasons yet. so unlucky to have more issues. hope he can make it back by the playoffs.
2021, 2022, and now.
i thought he had been sidelined due to a foot injury. but maybe they figured out that the foot stuff was caused by a blood clot? in any case, I still hope he returns for the playoffs, but if he needs to take the rest of the season, that's fine too. but man, we would look so much better with him on the field. of course, health is always most important. wishing him a speedy recovery and coming back with a vengeance.
Poor guy. I remember when he had his first issue, someone on here (either using their own knowledge or quoting a medical pro) was stating that it was an issue that can't usually be resolved, and often ends a career.
Hopefully he can get more out of his career, but a third operation is concerning.

Like many others, I was afraid of this. It's going to be a tough road ahead. My heart goes out to him, but at least they caught it before something much worse could happen. At least there's that.
But man, this sucks.
