Lampard Likely To Retire

Reports on BBC radio saying Frank Lampard may retire after the world cup.

There was strong rumours he'd join NYCFC which I hope is still the case and this is just sloppy BBC reporting.

Xabi Alonso this morning said congrats to Frank on his move to NYC

Only time will tell being 35 he has adapted his game to play deeper roll and im sure he still has another 2-3 at high level still left in him.

You only heard half of the story. The BBC are saying Lampard will retire from international football after the World Cup. Not from football entirely. Just from playing for England.
