Sad that Maxime won't be here in 2019. Really loved what he brought to the team. And always the last player to leave the field as he prayed.
Same. My friend and I loved watching his insane tackles game-after-game, he was imo miles better than Callens this year.
My lasting memory of Chanot is him Ring and Sweat collapsing in front of our goal at the end of the 9-man draw with the Red Fools.

New multi year deal in place. I have mixed emotions on this one. High risk and high reward. Guess we'll see.

Great news. Best CB combo in the league. Depth with Seba and the HG. Also, 3/4 USOC elligable. And we have sweat in a pinch too.

He helped frustrate Ronaldo until about the 63rd min then his giveaway allowed Ronaldo to score. To be fair it was due to Ronaldo's press (which is our weakness in MLS) and due to a bad pass which tied his feet.
yea i saw that. definitely not a good passback from his teammate, but i think he could have dealt with it better. he's usually a lot better under pressure with his dribbling. was just a mishit on the pass back to the keeper, i think. i'm sure he's upset with himself for that.
Just spoke briefly with Maxime when I ran into him on my daily walk. Very polite and thoughtful man. It was a nice moment to have as I try to enjoy the day without getting anxious. Another reason to root for NYCFC success. Looking forward to another Victory this weekend.
