I have an extra ticket for this match up in 336. Good seat, about halfway between the center line and the 18 yard box. Posted in the Ticket Exchange thread.
Perhaps it’s too early to start praying to the soccer gods. Perhaps it’s not early enough.
All the same I pray to you oh Lords of Football. May this New York team trounce the false New York team of the land of Newer Jersey. Please allow the blue wave to wash over and smother the fiery reds. May our cleats hold in the frozen dead turf of the infield while our enemies dive passionately to be smote down in the yellowing grass. We pray to keep the iceman’s hands strong in net and the tiny legs of our talisman running light footed to the final whistle. Please remind Martinez to put on his scoring boots. To move to the next round is all I desire. If this New York team makes it no further than the conference final I will be contented. I ask this of you in your highest upper ninety, Amen.
Trust me I’m not going to be that greedy. The soccer gods are fickle, best not to upset them."PS. if the Lords feel like humoring my fellow fan, moogoo, may you push this New York team to a second cup and a wonderous second star above our crest"
I see on Ticketbastit they opened sections with obstructed site lines (301-305). Does this increase the 22.5 number or were these sections factored in?
They do have 200s but that's a suite level, not publicly accessible. Alas.Tangentially relevant, but Citi Field having 100, 300, 400, and 500 levels but no 200 is an annoying affectation.
Show me where a section is designated 200 on an official seat map. They do have 200s but that's a suite level, not publicly accessible. Alas.
Proven wrong by my own team! Lol, I was looking at Met and and official CitiField seating charts.

Hey everyone, take the subway instead of driving because there is a circus in the parking lot.
I thought that you were using a metaphor, but there is an actual circus set up in the lot! I'm parking at the Skyview Mall and walking.Hey everyone, take the subway instead of driving because there is a circus in the parking lot.
Psyche.
Thing is, stuff like the circus in the parking lot and disrupted 7 service won’t go away with the actual stadium.

I think that's correct. I suppose the only effect on parking will be that circus-goers will also be parking in the main lots. I'm still tentatively planning on taking the subway, which will work as I live in Queens and the disruption is between Queens and Manhattan. It looks like the circus is across Roosevelt Ave in the Southfield lot? If so, parking might actually not be too bad.
