Whatever decision he made did not matter. It was a disaster and the exact example of what VAR should not be. If they can't make the decision within 1 minutes of stoppage of play, it's a failure, even if the correct call is made

Yeah, the VAR Sorin Stocia was the problem. Not the referee.
